There are online instructors to teach you how to ride a stationary bike. I feel bad about myself for having worked at actual jobs for the last half century and people are now being paid to teach someone, via the Internet, to ride a stationary bike.

But it's a lesson I need to remind myself of every time I hop on two wheels!
While it's not something I learned today, I did learn pretty quick into my two wheeled experience that there are only two kinds of riders.
Those who have fallen and those who are going to fall.
As I always say to newer riders (and some older stupider ones) who don't wear helmet, jacket, boots and gloves all the time.... bikes fall over sometimes..... and sweat is a lot less painful than gravel rash.

I cringe every time i see someone in shorts and flops blasting down the asphalt.
...he was riding a motorcycle for his first time and put his feet down to stop in panic. Problem was, he was barefoot and he was riding on asphalt! OI!...
