In a rock band? Never. Everyone shows up late and drunk. The guys you're thinking of, the rest of us drunken idiots call "goody two shoes".
But as for the name calling in general, just face it. If you find yourself in a band where you aren't friends with the other members, it's time to split. You need to be around people you like, and that like you back. Mutual respect is something I consider as mandatory in a band setting.
Yeah, their version is better than ours. They probably make fun of that when they call us that too
My brother who is a guitarist calls me a basstard. I just laugh and then proceed to turn my amp up louder than his amp can go.
