What gave you serious G.A.S recently?

I feel your pain ;) .

My finger is hovering over the trigger on this one at this very moment.

AFAIK, it's the only new one available anywhere in Europe, in this colour and in stock at the dealer  .

Am feeling weeeeaaaakkkkk ....... :(

Nice!! I would like a MS5 in that combination:

*sigh*

Too much GAS, too little money... :(

I finally got around to trying a Sadowsky Metro a couple weeks ago.

Big mistake.

I found out for myself why they are so popular around here. That bass was so easy to play and I loved the tones. I emailed Sadowksy the next day and they just happened to have the exact model I wanted on order due to arrive in November. Put the deposit down and now the waiting game starts. Help.

I've been spending waaaay too much on basses lately. :) But, still, I'm thinking a Highway One P-bass would be nice. Sometime, when I have a bit of time to get some money together, I'm hoping for a Rickenbacker. Also, I'm sort of toying with the idea of getting in touch with Chris Stambaugh about an idea, maybe having a custom bass built. That'll be a bit in the future, though...I want to have the money to do it right, and really figure out the woods and options I want.

But for my next buy, probably the "honey blonde" Highway One P-Bass: Invalid Link Removed

And I'm thinking I'll buy a new pickguard, one of these three (haven't decided yet):

BN5 C. Burst. I don't usually get GAS but I played one of these about a year ago and it haunts my memory. I would never say a bass makes you play better but with this bass.... it sure SEEMED like I was playing better;)
