What pedal(s) are you using for dirt?

After using:
- EHX Bass Big Muff (great on its own but totally disappeard from the mix in band context)
- Digitech Bad Monkey (twice owned, great tone but not dirty enough)
- Way Huge Swollen Pickle (great tone, but also disappeared from the mix no matter how I tweaked it)
- MXR Blowtorch (too nasal)
- Boss Blues Driver (sucked with my set-up)
- Digitech BassDriver (good pedal, but a little artificial)
- SansAmp Paradriver (great pedal, just not dirty enough)
- Empress MultiDrive (great pedal, but it had to go to finance something else)

I've currently settled on the VT Bass and hopefully that'll be it, at least for a while. I have on an SVT setting and I totally dig it ! Talk about growl..... wow. I also play around the Wrath patch on the MS60B, but don't see using it with the band.

On my board currently.

Markbass DV mini, Vintage Microtubes, Tubeworks Bluetube,SFT, B7K,Tc Spark booster. BDPG and Amptweaker Bass Tight Drive.

B7K is mostly for the Eq, but of the rest I use all of them to a certian degree depending on the song and or style, only have room for 5, so 2 have to go soon lol

What I've currently got:

Darkglass Vintage Microtubes
Darkglass B7K
Wren & Cuff Tall Font Russian
Chunk Brown Dog
Iron Ether Oxide
Crowther Prunes & Custard
Foundry (BJFE BBBOD & Electronix Submarine combo built by JohnK__10)

I just set an eq patch on my ashdown superfly (programmable bass amp head) for a growly sound but when i need more i use the ashdown hyper drive (james lomenzo) i love this pedal compared to other distortions i've used because of the genius mix knob which allows u to decide how much distortion are you mixing in with your sound so this helps achieve a nice distorted bass sound will all the boom of your bass or can be used just for more bite and dirt
