Got my shipping notice finally
Since it appears that Mjac and I are hunting for the same tone, I am holding my breath until he posts his review. Congrats Doug on the big release!

Just like with the B3K: clean signal volume remains at the natural, bypass volume.
Level knob controls the amount of dirty signal being blended with the clean one.
So, if I'm following you correctly, the Level knob controls the volume of the dirty signal, relative to the clean signal. The Blend knob then controls the ratio of dirty/clean sent to the output. Is that correct?
In other words, I could make my dirty signal half as loud as my clean signal, but then set the blend to, say, 25% clean and 75% dirty?

Also, will I be good running this pedal at 9 volts?? Or should I get/need 18??
Do not power the Darkglass stuff on 18 volts - they only run on 9 or 12 volts.

Hey I have a question. I've been reading a lot of threads about the B3 and B7K and I'm wondering where it would be best placed on my board. I'm must likely going to be using it as a distortion/OD pedal. I will be running the VT bass in the same chain. I will have to ditch at least one pedal off my board due to real estate. I've been hearing ghat running it at the beginning is a good thing. If you're out there Doug, what is your opinion?? I'm very open to opinions and I will play with my order in time. Just looking for suggestions. Also, will I be good running this pedal at 9 volts?? Or should I get/need 18?? Here's my board as is right now:

Bass going into auto wah, amp going into sansamp BDDI. The BDDI hasn't been being used due the VT. It will probably be coming off and in my gig case just in case I ever need that DI. Suggestions please, thanks!!

Hi! Based on the fact that the Vintage does do something along the lines of both the OCD and VT, I guess placing it around them for some A/B testing might be a good place to start.
