I have three WB-66's; one black and two cherry/red/wine. I always loved the unholy mutation Les Paul meets Jazzmaster look of the Idol guitars, and was quite surprised when I came across the basses. Amazingly enough, all acquired within a year...I don't think many were made and they rarely pop up for sale. The black one has soapbar pickups marked 'Eden'; anyone know what that was all about? Were those stock?

DO you know what years they are by serial number? As to Eden pickups-----yes, they have appeared in some Washburn basses as stock pups IIRC. We have all sorts of experts flying around here, so I think you will enjoy being a member.

Heya MEK... I'm sure it would be a massive pain in the ass to retropost it, but roomies (ok, me) might like to know the year of the basses owned in the database listings.... Maybe just from now on or something? Just a suggestion.

Getting started at least. Didn't wanna lose it... I'll add the others shortly. This will be a very nice database to have for all Washburners.
Looking over all the basses owned, one thing really jumped out at me. The lack of CB series owned by roomies. Absolutely top of my list with T-25. Really love my CB-15... SP owns the only other... Your thoughts on it SP? I'd love to have another... Rarely see them come up.
