If you're using a fairly cheap Soldering iron (like Radio Shacks), do not use a wet tip cleaner. Do it dry. The wet cleaner will go right through the tip. Not sure if you're used to soldering, if you've done it before, then just ignore me and do what works best for you. :)

Those Helping Hands things work wonders...

What I usually do to keep the tip clean is take a dry sponge or dry rag and wipe the tip on it a few times so it stays fairly shiny. Also do it when the tip is cooling after the iron is unplugged. If your using a soldering iron you can select the wattage, I would say use 35-45 watts and no more. If the tip is clean, it will melt the solder really quick at even just 35.

PT Nano, my first PedalTrain product. Attempting to finalize an ultra-basic, grab-n-go board.
Godlyke daisy chain. Going to compare this with a 1spot and see if there are any advantages or differences at all.
17 white knobs. Some pedals will be getting a make-over for a theme board!

GOING:
nothing yet, the next three pedals going to the classifieds are being decided upon. It's a gnarly battle of roaring distortion, whichever gladiator is still growling after the silence falls will be spared :bassist:

in - the beginning of looking for a guitarist or keyboardist that me and my drummer click with. first time i've ever interviewed people actually. i've only been in bands where they knew what i do and how i play and they wanted me.

shizz. if they're not comfortable with my **** coming out then they are NOT the right fit. just sayin'.

the plan is to only check out people that can give us a sample of what they've done/how they like to play or record something over the quick room mic chunks we did. we put those in the BandMix/CL ads............
