Nay. Nay, sir. I said nay. I used firefly as an adjective. Firefly cool. And for an awesome show. So awesome cool. Like Cool Runnings cool. CR is by far the greatest movie ever made, if I may soapbox for a minute. Really. I laughed, I cried, I loved. I found myself hating Germans and then slow clapping alongside them not but 30 minutes later. Simply amazing. Only could have been better with the presence of Val Kilmer. He's my huckleberry. Makes everything better. My Madmartigan. Oh baby. From one mad to another. Stevie Wonder wrote Master Blaster about Bob Marley. I would have thought it was about Tina Turner since she starred aside Master Blaster in Thunderdome. Bruce Spence was in there, too. Aren't Bruces grand? He was in Legend of the Seeker. I enjoyed that. Home chick was HOOOOOOOOOOOT. So fine. Like Terry Farrel fine. DS9 > TNG. I'll end on that. Hatas gonna hate.

Yeeeeeeaaaaaaahhhhhhh......I love the show...but I'm not sure how much I dig the whole River Tam psych stuff. I never really did. Kind of funny me doing psychology and all but mindflayers in all the Forgotten Realms stuff always bored me.....I dunno....I just never get into that stuff....I was a little disappointed the movie went all up in there. The show was awesome....the movie was good. I guess I'm more into seeing Mal and Col Casey (chuck reference) shooting **** up with Bishop all being cool. And I hate reboots. I really really hate reboots. Tell me more of the story. Not a second alternative universe thingy of a story. RAWR I hate reboots.

And I don't want you all hating on me and stuff....but I preferred Jewel to Summer. She rocks.

well, Kaylee is ****ing DELICIOUS too. i never dug on Inara. kinda a boring character. everybody else has a special place inside of me.

....... all the laydays are closer to the crotch then the fella's, but still...... inside of me.

Going: MXR BEF - I don't know it's not a bad pedal. I just don't really like it that much. It's the only pedal I have that makes me go meh and I just don't ever really "naturally" step on it, if you know what I mean.

Coming: I don't know. I'm going to see how much I can get for the BEF and my Ripper on a trade in on a Fender Blacktop P. Might be a hopeless pipe dream. I haven't even played the p but I saw it the other day and it made my pants tight and I am a fan of humbuckers. Plus it was on sale.

I don't know that's the only thing I really want right now besides a new speaker cab, and spendy pedals that I'd have to order. Might pick up a Zoom H-1 though if I don't get some sort of decent trade in deal. I'm don't expect to get too much for what I have to offer though but the bass department manager is friend so that helps a little. Sorry sort of thinking out loud interweb style.

yah. i don't ever do trade at stores. they have to rape you to keep any type of profit in it for them. seems to work out much better listing it on TB or CL. good luck though!

oh yah, thanks for those clips of you playing with your board. good stuff in thar!

Thanks mang. I'm gonna do a few more or at least one today, a probably a not too in depth Gnome demo.

I don't usually get too raped on trades, the bass guy is a my buddy. No luck on the bass trade ins though. I only paid 250 for the Ripper so he can only sell for 200 which means I get 160. Not enough to bother really(the black top is 500 I thought it was 300 but that was a modern player series Jag). They are having a huge clearance in Feb. so I might be able to make a deal then and it's close to my birthday... I did however trade my BEF for a Voodoo Labs Trem and a pack of strings so I'm happy. Never messed with a trem before.

wow... I totally missed the whole Firefly/Serenity nerd off... that goram sucks@!!

whatever, shiney, I don't care... (and yeah, Kaylee is the hot one. she's kind and sweet, and soooo sexual...dirty, dirty mechanic girl... yummy.)

in: Moog EP-2... um.. is it suposed to be smooth action, or all choppy and sticks at 15% toe down then just falls %100 toe down with a bit more pressure? I greased it and adjusted the 'tension' (the hinge screw) and it helps somewhat.... Am I missing something? (sigh) time to wade through the last 7 years of Moog EP-2 threads... :rolleyes:

Coming in trade: MXR Phase 90

Going in trade: 2x12 speaker cab of little importance, but way too much volume and size for my music room

This does lead me to an odd predicament of not having a speaker for my Crate PowerBlock, but I tend to practice through my mixer board and headphones more often, anywho.

i really hope that is a singular pedal issue because i am planning on purchasing a EP-2 next week and i dont want problems like those... that was after narrowing down my options i decided to go with the moog

It may be an isolated quirk, or it may be I don't know how to use the thing yet... I got it used from MF, but it looked tip top when I got it. I know many, many use it with little complaints. Its why I bought it. (shrugs)

Hey Vlad, what you using it on? I bought one and tried it with my Eventide Modfactor and it did the exact same thing. Works perfectly fine in other things including when I stick it all up and in and around Behndy's hole. Oh babay. I mean....Behndy's Franta's hole..... :o

ANYWAYS....I did some research on it and some expression pedals have certain ohm requirement thingies...I think...bottom line is, the Modfactor needs one that's 25k and the Moog ep2 was NOT that. Someone who knows more can explain it precisely...but that could be the problem.

mine's started to physically fail. it doesn't stay down when you go all the way heel. looking at maybe a Mission Engineering, not sure though since it has a shallower throw than the EP-2 and VP-Jr.
