Out over the weekend: Robotalk2
Out maybe this week: The Elements - in classifieds - wink, wink

In this week
Wednesday:
Submarine Designer

Thursday:
Barge Concepts Grinder
Cream Pie Deluxe
Swell B-Pro V.1

GOOD STUFF!!!

GOING:
EHX POG2: this is the second one I've owned and finally realized that I can make organ sounds with my Boss PS-3, the slow gear setting on my BMS and some overdrive from the t-REX bass juice.

COMING:
Tech 21 Boost DLA: finally got to try both versions and love the one with triplets...also has a dedicated tap tempo FTW. And that flutter...tone control chorus FTW

Roland EV-5 Expression Pedal: it's gonna control delay time on the Roland Space Echo until I eventually get an expressionator for the BSY-600 and Boss PS-3

Boss MT-2 Metal Zone: it's for my guitarist that's going no where near my board ever again. Borrowed one a few years ago for 2 months and man it was so tinny.

in: annoyance at Voodoo Labs Pedal Power Digital's being out of stock EVERYwhere. i have a pre-order in at Sweetwater, but they think not till March. i'm tired of bringing a power strip and having to plug in like 4 or 5 things whenever i set up my board anywhere.

i miss just having one power cord.

Try make n music in chicago...that's where I got mine a few weeks ago.

thanks pimp!

i'm actually (between playing Torchlight. stupid name, great Diablo clone that translates WELL to the 360) looking up all the stuff i want to power, and it looks like Cioks has a power supply that will do it all in one, so i don't have to figure out how to mount two buggers under there.

i have a sneaaaaaaaaaking suspicion i might want to go up to a PT-Pro board soon. the Mono cases you were pimping kinda seals it i think.

That was quick.

Who, me? You had it for like 2 months or something before you traded it for my 2CH Mixer. :smug:

Anyway, its a great device. My need to settle my fuzz issue is greater than my need for a bandwidth optimizer though. Apparently, gated fuzz is as subjective an issue as bass overdrive, go figure.

Right now I have a pedal board where almost every pedal is irreplaceable to me. Those that aren't irreplaceable, are getting replaced, or at least funding something new. With as little money as I have these days, and with a project coming up, I must be ruthless about what's on my board. Only the stuff that is essential to my sound stays. Everything else must go.

The Micro Thumpinator will join the growing list of effects I loved but eventually traded. If I ever get a passive bass (not likely) I'll grab a Micro Thump again for sure. No question.

TAFM WITH GATE MOD. I'LL CUT YOU IF YOU DON'T GET A TAFM WITH GATE MOD.

Man... I have one! I... just... can't... jive... with it... :bawl:

I mean, I like the sounds I get with the gate active, mostly; but without it I'm left... wanting more. I don't know.

I'm hoping the Unpleasant Surprise will scratch the fuzzy itch the TAFM almost scratched.... I want to keep the tafm until I can compare it directly to the Surprise though... soon...

To be fair, the tafm is as a good a fuzz pedal as I've ever heard, but I haven't heard many.

(someone buy my Micro Thumpinator). :help:
