What's Your Favorite Looking Bass?

Looks are the last thing I care about when it comes to instruments, but if I had to judge a book by it's cover... Warwicks and Spectors always catch my eye first. They just seem so approachable. Just like when you see your dream girl and you have to ask her out no matter how out of your league she is, I have to try any Spector or Warwick I see no matter how much I am not worthy of it.

Also, I have a thing for old Epiphone rock, power, and accu-basses. The explorer style headstock attracts me, and the necks look like they feel good (which they do). I also gave my bass on the right that paint job. Just need one more to complete my collection. IMG_20150908_190508648.jpg

What bass is your favorite looking? You don't have to own it- just what single bass looks better than all other basses in the world to you? (Pictures would be loved!)

In terms of form factor? Either high-end Ibanez or Spector. I really dig the compact, smoothly elegant, contemporary-style body, especially with the deep cutaway. And I like well-sculpted neck-through instruments - especially if they have such refinements as a concave belly cut, an arm cut, rounded edges...and a compound radius fretboard/fingerboard.

I like a balanced, contemporary style headstock - especially if it really complements the shape of the body well. And for a five-string instrument in particular, especially if it has a 2+3 tuner configuration (i.e. B & E string tuners on one side; A, D, & G string tuners on the other side.
