What's your white whale?

I have two 'white whales', actually. Since I'm a lefty, they're proving to be pretty, elusive, too. First is a Flying V; I'd prefer a Kramer XKB-10 like this one; but, whether or not it was ever made as a lefty is... unknown. The other one is a long-scale hollowbody (not semi- or chambered) bass. So far, looks like my only recourse - other than a conversion - is to give the Gretsch Custom Shop $10K or so and wait.. but, it's fun to look, anyway.

What are EB750s worth roughly? I have never seen one in the flesh. I think only 40-60 were ever made.

I wouldn't even know. My understanding is that the Sunburst ones are the rarest of them. Paul has one of those and I've been told there are only around 6-10 of those in existence.

I actually landed my whale. The elusive American Standard Jazz bass. Searched for a good one since 1977. Even had a 73. But this 2013 is it.

Yes, I had one on a Spector that helped so much. The balance on the Lull is good but I want to "reel" in the neck and bring the headstock a little closer for comfort.

Sadly, "bassbalancer.com" no longer exists, and the only "bass balancer" product out there isn't this. I see why it was hard to find now.
