Which bass

My '62 stacker Jazz build.

You can only take one bass into the studio. What bass do you take?

I'd grab Victor Wooten and tell him to bring his Fodera (no one wants to hear me in a studio).

But if I had to play the bass on my own I'd bring a 2014 Gibson EB 5 string. It does everything from P to J and even covers a fair bit of the Stingray tone.

My Sandberg VM, it's a reverse P with a musicman dualcoil in the bridge aswell

I'd take my CT if it was entirely up to me.

But if other people were the shot callers, I'd have to agree with the general consensus: my P bass w/Geezer Butler pickup.

My Warwick thumb. The thing sounds amazing and I have yet to ever hear a producer ask me tomusma p bass instead. They seem to really like the tone of my thumb and compliment me on my tone
