I‘ve probably seen 15 of your playing videos including some fretless demos.

I’ve enjoyed all of them but I’ve never heard your bass voice so clearly. I think this one was made for you.
This. I thought this the first time i heard you play the Spector, and this video reinforces it. It just seems to mesh very well with you. I love that little Markbass 210 combo, but I think that bass is meant for your heart and hands.

Personal taste only from experience you can do far better than Markbass today. 20 years ago maybe not as much

Prefer the MB200 any day of the week

Wouldn't go near a ratfur amp in this era either with the clean choices available....

I've had 4 Markbass amps and lost 2 of them to failure, not a good record at all. I really liked how my LMIIs sounded but my first died after a few years. I loved my F1, no idea why I sold that! My second LMII was sold to a friend, and it died on him a couple of years later. I don't know what the situation is now, but back then I couldn't find anyone who would repair them.

I have a GK MB500 that I've owned for many years, keeps chugging along. It also sounds great through a bunch of different cabs.
