Sigur Rós - Von
Several of their songs do it for me, but the performance of this song linked below (from their movie 'Heima') is the most beautiful thing I have ever heard.

Another song of theirs, 'Popplagið' is the traditional set-closer. It's 15 minutes that builds to the most awesome climax. Been lucky enough to see them 3 times and it left me breathless each time. The 'Heima' version (linked below) is staggering on DVD played through a good 5.1 surround system.

It's a close tie between I Walk Alone, and Archive of Lost Dreams, both of which are by Tarja. Absolutely beautiful songs...
