Which song gives you goosebumps?

Biggest would have to be Rotten Apple by AIC. Great song, cool bass line, and the vocal harmonies are chilling. Phantom Limb does it too, but because it's thematically very dark.

Here Without You by Three Doors Down is another. I typically don't listen to that kind of thing but it comes on the radio every so often, etc. and I can't help but be moved by the sad story.

Sometimes I'll get goosebumps because of the sheer skill of something, or because the melodies or some such thing strike just right. Happens quite a bit actually, good examples would be Pomegranate Tiger's New Breed or Stars.

Also +1 to whoever said The Scientist and Forsaken.

Maybe narrow it down to the most frequent ones

Radiohead - Fake plastic trees, Let down, Lurgee
The Cure - Disintegration, Charlotte sometimes
Arcade fire - In the backseat, Sprawl II (Mountains beyond mountains), Neighbhorhood I
U2 - All i want is you
Fleetwood Mac - Landslide

And recently, most of the debut from Chvrches, The Bones of What you Believe. More specifically Tether (especially the part that goes "I feel incapable of seeing the end I feel incapable of saying it's over") and Night sky

Different songs give me different goosebumps at different times. I haven't gotten goosebumps from a new song in recent memory, and I usually get goosebumps after I listening to something that I love after not listening to it for a couple years.

Too many...from all genres. It would be quicker to just say that the only type of music that leaves me cold is stuff that is cynically manufactured with the sole purpose of making money....the sort of thing that the Simon Cowell's of this world inflate their oversized ego with.

Anytime that an artist has poured their soul into creating something does it for me....
