I have a 1.75 of Evan Williams 1783 in the bar right now. Mellow Corn showed up here lately and gotta say I'm a fan of that too. Ardberg 10 is a go to Scotch but I dig the Campbletown malts when I can find them thanks to Ralfy's youtube reviews. Though lately I'm sticking to more mid tier American products. Inflation makes the top shelf tougher to justify.
Try some garrison bros out of TX if you get a chance. Damn good bourbon.
Laphroaig is great scotch, so is Glenmorangie.
I'm drinking way less than I used to, and I'm not super willing to go expensive these days. I'll do Bulleit Rye for Manhattans, and I think Makers is great for old fashioneds.
@Killing Floor I'll second Treaty Oak, they have a really good pre-made, bottled old fashioned.
Laphroaig is great scotch, so is Glenmorangie.

For American, my favorite is Baker's. Perfect balance of barrels and sweetness. I like it more than their higher end Booker's. Willett's small batch rye would be awesome but that's too rare to find. For scotch, I tend to go peaty/smokey (more Ardbeg than Laphroaig). Otherwise I'm pretty open to trying anything as long as it's not a boozy mess.
I see you got the 10yr McKennan. That whisky used to be the best deal on the market.

Oh so many options. Rye and bourbon are my faves…as a matter of fact, about the only whiskies that I really like.
@JuanB, Knob Creek Rye is one of my “always have” on the shelf bottles.
@Doubious A, one of my other “always haves” is made up in your neck of the woods. Woodinville Whiskey makes some of the best whiskey available in my opinion. The regular 90 proof bourbon is good and smooth, but the real champs are their barrel strength offerings that are always around the 120 proof area. Exceptional, and right up my alley.
@friskinator, you should give Evan Williams Bottled In Bond a try. It is the last of my “always haves” as my lower dollar, still enough proof to bite, can’t beat it for the price whiskey.
@2saddleslab, that is a beautiful collection right there to be envied like a vault of pre-CBS Fenders.
I could go on for hours about basses, bands, gear and whiskey.

Things that always live in my cabinet: The Arran, Kilchoman Sanaig, Buffalo Trace, Rowan’s Creek, and Angel’s Envy. I never drink on gigs, but maybe after!
I've had from a few bottles of Jefferson's Ocean. Taking your whiskey on a boat ride might all be a load of marketing hype, but dang those were nice.
I quit drinking well over 20 years ago, but I’m a bit surprised no one has come up with Pumpkin Spiced Whiskey.

There's a bunch more. The flavored whiskey/moonshine thing has really gotten crazy the past few years.
I prefer Jim beam black if I’m drinking it straight, and I like Evan Williams mixed with Diet Coke.
Since I live pretty close to the major Kentucky bourbon makers, occasionally we’ll take a Saturday drive and visit one of the distilleries. The buffalo trace distillery is a must see if any of you are ever in central Kentucky.

I like Jameson, Glenlivet and Johnny Walker Black
I have just recently started to bring a flask to gigs to get a little sip on here and there and share with the band. I love bourbon and have been drinking Knob Creek. I can get a huge bottle from Costco for like $53.
