In the case of the basses, quality costs more. That doesn't mean the quality can't be judged. That was my point.
But more money doesn't guarantee quality or that the result will please the player.

Young man, you must complete your sentences unless you you enjoy being misinterpreted!![]()

Like what? Having free range on stage? Traveling first class? Staying in cushy hotels? Get your own solo spot nightly? Play with first class musicians? Get paid a really nice salary to have a blast night after night? Play ballads, latin, pop & funk music (a nice mix)? Go out into the crowd and actually interact with your fans and they love you back? Be a part of giving away a signature sax worth at least $3-4k?
Nah! Not the kind of gig I'd want!!![]()
I loved it when Vail was on Arsenio.

You forgot playing music you really don't like night after night... that's a part of that reality too.
I saw Vail playing with an R&B band at a club in LA not too long ago and he said he was having fun. It looked like it too - thumping an old school P-bass.
One lady at our table said he was "White Chocolate"...
Which means the person I was referring to will like playing with Kenny G?
I think you already know that has absolutely nothing to do with the point I was making, and doesn't even contradict it. So what is your point?
It means not every night is drudgery.
and it would be "to whom I was referring"

I'd much rather miss the grammer than completely miss the point.
Do you see?

I get it.I think you missed both. DWBass said he would have a blast, as does Vail.
I see the point that you couldn't have fun.I get it.

Your quantity of words has far exceeded my interest level. Sorry![]()
Incomplete sentences can stir the imagination.......![]()
Hmmm, I see a subject and a verb. I don't think this one was incomplete.
