I'm going to be honest and say todd harrell of 3 doors down.

Ben Kenney(of Incubus since A Crow Left of the Murder) is one of the smoothest bassists I've ever heard. I've also been in love with every single one of Stuart Zender's(Jamiroquai) bass lines because. Gotta love the funk.

i always tell people i may not be the world's greatest bassist but i am my favorite. seriously, i really like the way i play. i have lots of room for improvement, but for doing the jimmy miller style of bass, i don't think there's anyone better.

I also really enjoy listening to original bassist for the Allmans, Berry Oakley. The way his lines flow around everything else going on is just great.

Dan Briggs of Between the Buried and Me. Can play really technically well and is very expressive. Doesn't get caught up in having every single one of his parts be the the most interesting thing in the world, he just makes everyone else sound really freaking good. If I could write parts like him...
