Why does fender put the logo in the wrong place on Vintera 50s Precision?

They DO put decals on the all-rosewood neck specifically the Fender George Harrison Tele.
So people know if you bought a legit GH tele, or if you grabbed a rosewood neck off of mod-shop and stuck one on a 2013 japan rosewood body.

I was kind of hoping the little empji guy at the end would prove post was (mostly) tongue in cheek.

Simple solution, buy the AO if decal placement is what is important to you. Nobody else will notice. I can't even remember now if it's Vintera closer to the edge or AO closer to the edge.

Is anyone else bummed that the Vintera headstocks are gloss finished or is it just me? Fender didn’t start doing gloss anything til the late 60s
