As a business owner, I would be more concerned about when they were posting than what they are posting. Lots of posting going on while I bet people are at work.
That's a lie.

Shouldn't you be working? As a business owner, I would be more concerned about when they were posting than what they are posting. Lots of posting going on while I bet people are at work.
My business - no one paying me when I take time to play. If I caught an employee doing this while on the clock, they rightfully would be disciplined at best.
It's not hypocritical at all. No one is paying me a salary. If I don't get work done, I don't make money. When I have free time, I can play.
If I am paying someone a salary, I am not paying them to play on line. If they want to do that on break or lunch, I have no problem with that.
Is it not possible they have downtime as well? I mean if their all-powerful, always-working, ultra-deserving job creator has it, certainly the lows can have some? It's not hypocritical at all. I was going to say that he does remind me of a pteranodon-esque energy vampire inhabiting the Savage Land.Buldog is like a poor man's Sauron.

In my first job interview, I was asked by the owner, "what do you think your job is?". When I said something like be a good attorney, he said, "No. You're job is to make me money. I'll teach you everything possible to be the best attorney you can be. But remember. That is your job". That's life. If you don't want to bea part of that, open your own business, and forfeit the paycheck.
FWIF, I had a client today. I had to go to her because she could not climb the stairs to my office. Together, my wife/partner and I have spent about 18 hours helping them. Total payment to date - $100. That's about my rate of pay will be, never mind my other expenses. Also had a good talk with the husband, who used to be a bass player about 40 years ago.
So why don't these business owners just get another job?For whatever reason people think that any business owner is rich. And they work part time mostly just counting their money.
I've found that most business owner are first in last out. They get paid last. After everyone. If they get paid. And half of these businesses go broke. Which means the owner lost everything they had.
I used to read INC magazine. Great educational device.
A business owner generally makes less than they were making working for someone else. I read this in INC years ago.
Looking at this is money was your only goal you'd be better off working at Burger King. You don't seem stupid so I'll go out on a limb and guess you're into this for more than just the bottom line.
