Saw a show called "Tabu" on national TV, last night. It explores the concept of making comedy about sensible themes.

Last night was about mental health.

My mental health condition was one of the targets of the show.

I laughed the whole show. Loved it. Made me feel better about myself.


Finding the humor in tough situations.
Being able to laugh about myself.
