Rob is a really nice guy.The Metal God!

He hung around the Phoenix club scene a lot in the 80's.
In a small venue where my old band was playing... he showed up. We played a couple JP covers.
He gave us a thumbs up.... and sent us a couple rounds of Bud long neck's... to the stage.
We sucked... so ...he was being extra cool.
We hung out for a bit... then our guitarist left with Rob's entourage.
Didn't see him for 2 days.
... good times .

New pickup arrived! Nothing fancy, EMG 40DC. That's all the parts now, unless I change my mind on something else in the meantime.

There's still plenty of time for whiffle-waffling. Why, by my count there are a whole 18 days remaining. Plenty of time to add a scroll upper horn to one's existing Diva style bass, for example.

Alright, I ordered some parts. Now I have to clean out my garage to make enough room to actually build something in there.
Technically it's "Tīwesdæg".
So, we all say/spell it wrong.
