Winter Build off - Mash Up - Get Ready

Maybe something like this.

This one is medium scale, 32". Not sure if that's final, not sure about the pickup(s), not sure about the bridge, likely hipshot ultralites tuners, likely fewer frets, maybe 19 or 20 to help with balance. Really, just trying out ideas. I still may go with a RIC blend. We will see.

This is the first time I've not quite understood something you said!
Assuming bridge position and scale length is as stated... how would reducing the fret count help with balance?

I probably mis-stated that. Right now, it's 24 frets, but the higher frets are way too deep in the body to be of any use, so I'd eliminate them. If the 24th fret was, say, where the 19th fret is now, the neck would be sticking out much further, causing pretty bad neck dive. I should have said I'll leave the neck where it is, and just eliminate the upper, unusable frets.

just by looking at your drawing, 20 looks like it would be comfortable to play.
