This is the one I made with on-hand materials this winter.
Well, the wood, screws, glue, carpet, handle, powerstrip, rubber skid stops, and tie straps were all on hand or free anyway.

Do you actually use the BSW in a worship context at all? Just curious.

I'm finding that with several of the settings, the volume is very controllable with judicious use of the range and control knobs. Mess about too much though and the volume with some of the settings is way too loud.
As set now, the volume is in parity with the rest.

Well, yes, as an octave pedal. It rivals the sound of the MXR for that purpose, IMHO.
Now that I've also got the MXR octaver, it is set for an auto-wah with octave down. I haven't come up to a tune yet in church that needs an auto-wah, but I have no doubt that there will be a tune at some point that needs it.
Probably for some youth event or something...
I busted out the Phase 90 for the signature lines throughout Lincoln Brewster's "O Come, O Come Emmanuel" for the Christmas Eve services to good reviews! Love that pedal.

I just added a Mooer "slow engine" 2nd to last in my effects chain.. After the delay, but before the reverb
We play lots of deep worship, lots of atmospherics (seems to work better for our congregation right now than the fast stuff, hey whatever speaks to them!) and this is a great pedal to add to the ethereal sounds I'm working on
It basically removes the attack from your note, simulating a volume pedal swell. This is great for me, since I don't have a volume pedal and a Mooer size pedal is way easier on the real estate than a vp
Been fun to use when doing some little chording, also fun to use when playing sustained low notes on the verses of songs like Aftermath. Great "worship pedalboard" pedal!
I shot a very quick and minimal video demo of it for a friend of mine, once it's uploaded I'll post it up here and in the Mooer thread

Went from a CNB case to a PT-2 and added a BSW. More to come! 😀I know it's off topic but do any of you guys know how to do a Q-Tron volume pot mod? I've read one on here but they didn't have the schematic. I need a schematic as the volume spike is too overbearing.

Tell us about that Mooer eq (pretty sure that's what it is...) How is it? That eq and their di are really interesting to me due to their tiny size

The Mooer EQ is pretty basic, like a mini BOSS EQ but true bypass. I haven't heard any noise coming out of it so I am happy. I pair it with my phaser, phaser>eq, to justify some low end loss and I like how the phasing happens in the "beefier" end of things. I can't imagine running the phaser by itself ever again..
I have not tried their DI but yes the size is VERY appealing! I do not think I will buy it though, I am happy with my JDI. If you do, post a review!!
How are you liking the LoFi?? Looks interesting! Is it usable?
Yeah I use a J48, so I kinda feel like the microDI would be a step down

The lofi is pure awesome! Really odd sounds, but it's only as useable as ur able to make it! Truth be told I don't see it being super useable in worship outside of something like a few Zion songs or maybe a breakdown on "Gods great dance floor". But that doesn't mean it isn't a super fun pedal! I really like it for looping and background tracks.

still though, the Jenson transformer is what makes the difference really.Haha, sounds like fun! I might have to look into it.
I LOVE the EBS Valvedrive, I run it on Modern Mode with the gain setting around 9:00, so I get some grit out of it. And when I use the Vintage Mode I get some old school kind of overdrive. IDK but it's awesome! Warms up my signal very well, it is always on when I play (Modern Mode).
The only downside for me is that it has a big mid-cut, but honestly if it didn't I wouldv'e never appreciated it's low end capabilities.
