So here's an update, I scaled down a bit from a pt2 to a jr. I used to always go direct but nothing I tried (VT bass, EBS Valvedrive, JDI) got the sound I love from my SVT CL. So now I'm throwing my amp behind stage and micing it again.
Tonight I'm doing an "acoustic" set where I'll be trying to do ambience stuff. Any ideas? So far I'm using the El Capistan as a reverb, the POG2 as a pad or organ, the mini boost for some sub bass.

Ambient stuff? I've gotten a ton of compliments from what I use for stuff like this. It's a volume pedal into a TC Nova Delay (long delay with some modulation). All I do is swells and it really does sound nice. Sometimes I add some drive, too. I usually play the one and 10 (3 octave) of the chord to create a small harmony. I sometimes add a 5 too.
I also thought about getting a pog but my board is getting too big....

Hmm.. I took out of my volume pedal because the guitarists would always do ambience, I'll take mine today, try to sneak it in my pedalboard before the delay and use long delay with modulation. Thanks for the tip!
POG2 is just awesome, so many different sounds you can achieve. Pedalboard is never too big! Lol
I've heard great things about the Tone Hammer, I'm sure you'll love it!

That's what I've done in the past too, was just trying to see if I can maybe fill in a little more space, just me and and acoustic guitar tonight. Maybe simple is better.. I'll see what my bandmates say during sound check. I'll take my JDI just in case. Thanks for tip!

Almost all the time! My little board I run M87 Compressor to Tuner PolyTune to Hall of Fame Reverb to Corona Chorus to my VT DI. I play a lot of fretless and run a touch or reverb almost always and run a bit of chorus usually to quite a bit on certain songs and somestimes a touch or none on fretted. I usually run the VT DI on the SVT Settings at one church that's Ampless and IEM's and I'll run the same board and settings at the other church I play at running through my TC RH450/RS210/RS212 stack except I usually don't run the SVT Setting. When I use my big board, it's similar, but with a LOT MORE options!

Just picked up a KMI 12-Step. Played with it last night. I am not sure I can manage two things at once, but am going to try to add something to our little band that only has a bass and a guitar player and two vocalists. I guess that will qualify as a Worship Bass Pedalboard. :)

PS did you know that the KMI 12 Step can send a MIDI note 0 which if I am reading my chart correctly is C-2 which is 8.175 hz. Not sure what that would be good for except killing a sub that wasn't properly set up.

Here is mine, small but it is all I need: Tunner>microtube for light overdrive > chorus for the slow songs or pray time > tone hammer for eq and DI, a presonus compressor is at the mix board. Basses Jazz active, Stingray, Bongo, P and Warwick Corvette.

Finally got around to hooking up some of my George L's and zip tying all the power cables. Still need to order some more George L's to finish, but starting to look better.

Trying to route power cords and signal cords as separately as possible. Power comes out the back of the shelves near the middle and the signal cords run off the ends of the shelves to the switcher.

I am thinking of drilling a series of holes through the deck where the wire holders are now and dropping the power cords down through the deck. If I do this, I will have to route the power out the end of most pedals, wrap around the side, then down through the deck. I think this will leave a cleaner routing. I can also fabricate a cover for the power cords on the bottom.

All in all, the cords are looking a whole lot neater. Only about $150 more George L's if Go all that way. :)
