True, but I feel I am there as well. The Stomp is really working for me. Tuner, Rolls for my IEM's and I'm good to go. The only change for me would be if I went wireless and replaced my tuner with the Shure GLXD+ receiver.
I've been tempted to purchase the '+' version, but haven't received confirmation from Shure yet…whether I can leave a patch cable plugged in (pedal input jack to side input jack) on my TA pb—no bass plugged in) and still use the wireless feature. If the patch cable itself defeats the wireless, I'll just keep my previous GLX-D pedal. If I was using a Nano board, no issue it appears—I'd upgrade…

He said that you can even have one guitar plugged in as a secondary guitar, and still use another wirelessly. This guy does a lot of vids on wireless gear, and is pretty detailed on his reviews.
Our WL uses the Shure GLXD16+, and he's never had issues of drop outs. It actually sounds pretty good. Sounds as good as my wireless system... which cost a lot more. I've been wireless on bass and IEM's for almost a year now and love the freedom from cables. Having a clean stage to play on without cables laying on the ground is kind of an obsession (OCD) for me... even at home... especially my office area.

GLXD16+ wireless guitar pedal incoming—will find out if the 1/4" input jack functions the way I want on my TA pb (I've used two of the previous version for several years now, and always wished I could sometimes opt to use a cable with same tuner…)

Received my bag today. Great quality and fits the Mono case with no problem.
I can also confirm that the Studio Slips bag will fit both a Temple Audio Solo 18 and a Warwick Rockboard Duo 2.1.

I tried the Mono Tick with my Nano and it was still a tight squeeze. I ended up returning it and ordered one of these myself. Just got a notice it shipped.
This will work as an alternative to my HX Stomp Board. Tuner -> Slampegg -> OmniCabSim clone -> Finally.

It was a one off I bought in the classifieds here built by Abduction Audio. I like the idea of the DSM OmniCabSim being analog and all, but couldn't abide the devil logo. I traded a Zoom B3n for it. It works quite well as a multi-filter and HPF/LPF etc.
2 is 1, 1 is none.
I figure if I got 2 basses, might as well have 2 boards. That's why I kept the nano board with a tuner, sansamp and another pedal. Currently, the other is a keeley bassist compressor. It's fully capable of handling anything as a set and forget rig, easy to get good useable tone.
It could function as a backup, loaner, or a board to leave in a 2nd location should the need arise… also a has a one spot cs6 pro power supply mounted on it so there's a extra power supply just in case.
The plan is to mount it to another Nano with another Cioks Sol but need to wait for finances to replenish.
I just carry a JDI for my "if all else fails" back up.
realistically… that's probably best and easiest…
I been thinking about getting another preamp/di/EQ "pedal" that will run off phantom power and not mounting it on anything for such an occasion.
A SansAmp that takes phantom power is a good option as well. I just never really got along with SanSamps.
some do and some don't. It's not perfect, just like anything else… but for going direct with IEMs and or using an amp you may not be familiar with, it's better than nothing! I have no experience with the VT, only used the BDDI v2. If you don't care for the sound (I dig it, you can dial in anything), turn the blend off and all you have is an active EQ and DI.

When the noble shows up in a couple months, maybe the khan vtdi will become my backup… or I'll put one or the other on the nano with a tuner and keep the sansamp in the bag as backup. Who knows.

I highly suggest you leave TB now and never look back. That's the only way that statement can remain true.
