Worship Bass Pedalboards

HX Stomp folks, do you have recommendations for patches that do a good job of replicating some of:
- Noble
- SVT
- Microsynth

I'm more of an Aguilar/GK person so I don't feel comfortable putting them together myself.

Ian Allison has a Noble preset and a couple SVT's as well. Doesn't have a Microsynth but does have a great Juno preset.

What Steve said. He's got some great synth patches, honestly I just use chorus, drive and octave together for my microsynth sound on the sig patch

works well for layering. Hit either the drive or chorus, then the other one the last time through and when the big moment hits, tap the octave. So the bass just builds and builds…

I'm quite fond of it, personally.

Signal goes Tuner > Atlas > MORE > Stomp, with the other two in an FX loop. Theres a DC7 powering everything underneath with a Neuro hub changing presets in sync with the Stomp so each patch calls up its own comp, synth, and drive/fuzz.

For microsynth I do pitch shift (octave) on path B + clawthorn (fuzz) on path A + 70's chorus on both

I'm going to try this with my three pedals...... simplifies the stomping around. A pedal form of additive synthesis.....

I got the pack and I really like the simple/clean patch with the tape saturation. I think I'll port over it the effect settings I use and give it a try the next time I play.

Looks great! What amp/DI model are you using in the Stomp. I assume you use the more to give it a bit of a tube vibe?

Really enjoying this setup for church. Using the Stomp as a midi controller for the C4 Synth and the DMC to expand the Stomp control. It took me a bit to figure out midi but I am really loving it now that it is dialed in.

Cali -> C4 -> Stomp
Midi in is DMC used for FS4/F5 and tuner in utility mode as well as changing presets in Preset mode
Midi through is going to the C4 Synth so I can trigger different Synth Patches directly from the stomp through command center.

This patch is set up
FS1 - Snap shot toggle - Each bass tone is basically AB path of the Regal DI and a Impulse Cab mixed in at 30% and then an EQ that is programmed to change settings on each Snap as needed. Each snap will change the impluse response of the cab which will give me 3 different Low End characters. As well as triggering different flavors of Overdrive from the C4. So essentially I will have 3 different clean tones with the cab IR changes and 3 different drives. All programmed to one button to toggle through.
FS2 - Is just a big dirty synth tone from the C4 perfect for huge moments
FS3 - Is Octave from the C4
FS4 (DMC) - Is auto swell and reverb to get some nice ambient tones for the down moments in the worship set. Combining this with the Drive, Synth or Octave is really awesome too so I will end up with 4 different types of ambient tones here.
FS5 (DMC) - Just turns the C4 pedal off and back to the clean tone. The C4 button is sometimes a bit hard to reach on the actual pedal in this compact set up so just moving it up front.

Awesome. Love that bass gets to do ambient in worship music. I also favor Elephant Man (EHX Memory Man) in the ambient kit.

I have a couple blocks free I should drop this one in with the ambient stuff as well. I also like how the regal has a hpf at 90hz I programmed that to the swell FS to roll off the low end mud.

At rehearsal this week, our Sunday producer looked over my board and was pleased. They are very encouraging of my bass pedal exploitations.....

I don't see the Capo ;-). I'm also rocking to TH. You sold me on it. That mid freq dial is powerful!

The CAPO is out on loan this week. I really like the DCX, especially with my passive fenders. The DCX stacks very well in front of the TH, as its bass and treble are more pleasing than those controls on the TH. I think the DCX/TH combo is a winner for worship music. This week, I'll use the DCX solo for our first two gentle songs. Then engage the TH (AGS) and a pick for the last two big songs.
