Worship Bass Pedalboards

Not quite as clean as I'd like but it'll be fine.
Settings are subject to change minutely.
Now I just need to find a hard case that's not $300...

I have some used Pelican cases that I got for free (family) and one is the perfect size for my Duo 17 to slide right into. Padding above and below it but nothing on the sides. I used a bigger case with my old board that was slightly bigger and wanted something smaller. Ordered the Duo 17 and it just happened to be the right size. There are no markings on the case so I'm not 100% sure which one it is.

I genuinely don't understand the implication here. What is wrong with trying gear? I can see the pitfalls with an inability to be satisfied or to be financially responsible, but those are not the same thing as trying gear which is about informing oneself.

That's more of a 'winky face' emoji post. Just some light hearted joking around with the group, and offering some reassurance that nobody is alone in their gear acquisition. I have tried a ton of gear---but, I'm also the happiest I've been with my tone. So, I think trying a lot of different gear is a great thing.

I think a lot of us have tried more gear than we'd like to admit.
I'll admit it. Mostly basses for me but that was years ago and I've pretty much "recovered" from that. I will say that, even though it seemed like I was just trying everything, I was. And now that I have (just a couple of exception like Fodera or Alembic) I can say I am playing the best basses, amps, pedals and DI's for me.

Just a heads up that @NicheDevices just dropped the initial batch of the new Humboldt.

The 125B w/ Top Jacks Form Factor = 🤩🤩🤩

Got mine ordered up & think y'all should go get ya some, too!! 👌😎👊

@scubaduba 's review of both the latest Humboldt Preamp and the Dakota Compressor is available here: Niche Devices Dakota and Humboldt Preamp Review

I have the slightly older DE version, and I love it!! Highly recommended. It seems the only thing missing from mine, is the switchable input.

I absolutely love the DE version of the Humboldt (!!!) — My singular gripe has been the form factor.

With this new version being in a much more compact form factor I dare say the device has attained Sainthood. 😇

The DE has really become the center of my PB. I run a DG Harmonic directly after the Humboldt so I can dial in the mids right where I want them. And just today I was delivered a Vintage Deluxe v2, so I can kick on some drive for Choruses and Intros. Add a tuner, and a CabZone Bass as my DI, and that's my board!
