I had the URL for the same video copied to my clipboard when I came across @Jokei's post, lol!!! So I went for the next silliest black metal one that I remembered

Yes, but immortal wasn't trying to be silly. Although Abbath seems like a real goofball in a genre that is utterly devoid of goofballs.

I like when the black metal (or really any of the heavier genres) folks show that they are self aware and ok with poking a bit of fun at themselves. We are a silly looking lot, sometimes

"The Wild Boys" - Duran Duran. I probably won't get a lot of agreement on this one, and I get the whole bleak, desolate, apocalyptic, "Mad Max" thing, but it just comes across as ugly to me. And I still find that animatronic head really creepy:

I've noticed in retrospect that a great deal of 80s pop art was over-the-top homoerotic. It didn't bother me then and it doesn't now, but when I look back and see so much of it I do wonder whether it was being done on purpose at the time. For what reason I couldn't say. But to your point, that video may have gone a bridge too far.
