That's a pretty slovenly mod. There is obviously much more wood that could have been hacked off.

So okay guys I'm home. Quick little thing before we get started. Apparently Danzing just left the store as I got there. As I was buying it they were like "We should have had Danzing sign this thing before he left" then they told me he had just left and I got sad
WELL anyway here we go. So as I was looking at this thing I really can't tell if this was a custom made by someone or a mod. There really isn't any marking in the cavities or the neck but it doesn't look like it was done by a person either. It's fairly light I don't have a scale to weigh it. I honestly have no idea what it was made from but here are some pics so you guys can help. I actually got like 8 complement's by musicians because of how it looks. I stopped off a couple shops looking for bodies and a cheap used pickup and a lot of people like the shape

Looks pretty custom. Weird though tj3 is the only clear marking on it. And I see a faint "54"in the neck socket in red
The tj2 was soldered in just above the neck plate. Other than that there really isn't much. I think I might keep it as is for a while
Taking a close look at the art I really like it. And the truss rod was sooooo loose. I tightened it up a bit but since I put strings back on I need to tighten some more

Jah Wobble Fan, do you realize this is your avatars TWIN!!??!?!?!? I mean, just look at it. You need to reunite them. It's the right thing to do.Not to be provocative, but -- if that body will take a Fender Custom Shop neck, you could drop a CS pickup into it as well and be 95% there
I've been reconsidering my original thought of no. I would get rid of "BOOBIE" and keep the little guy, lose Trev. Put a new pickup and bridge and knobs on it. Give it an outrageous paint job like a nuclear orange or green, maybe even pink. Seems like a great opportunity to have something unique.
