YBA200 Sound Clips

...and if possible some overdrive please
Oh yeah...what good's a tube amp if you're not going to overdrive the power tubes??
Alright, I've just emailed epsidog five soundclips. There's clean, overdrive, distortion, scooped, and slap (non scooped & scooped in the same clip).

No power tube overdrive sorry. The mic on my comp wouldn't handle those sort of levels. The preamp dist sounds alright though, I think.
Espidog's uploaded the files so you can check them out now. He's asked that you download them to your own computer first to avoid exceeding his bandwidth. Hope they help. Joe

The clips aren't as bassy as I thought they would be. The amp can definately rumble though.

Yeah, could be. I think the recordings still give a good idea of how my rig sounds though.
Thanks guys!! At first I really didn't know what to make of the distortion from the YBA but I've grown to love it. It gets sooo much better when the power tubes are overdriving too. I can't sum it up in words really but it's AWESOME!!
If anyone wants more clips of anything in particular, I can put them up as long as epsidog is cool with that.
Edit- My band, The Volunteers, is heading into the recording studio soon so I'll have some much better recordings of my amp in a band context. There's a few songs of ours on our myspace page now but they were recorded straight into a computer.

Thanks for the clips. Yup, that's a YBA200 alright. Unfortunately, mine's sitting on my home office floor. Not sure what to get for a cab. I'm thinking of the Traynor YBX1510. I heard it last weekend with the YBA and thought it sounded very good.
