There were more than two. Barney Miller theme was played differently each season. That frustrated the crap out of me when I was coming up. Didn't have a clue until recently because of youtube.

Really though, the original jukebox opening theme of Happy Days transported the viewer from 70's post-Vietnam US to a more idyllic time and place.

This one and the "Odd Couple" theme leapt to mind.
