Your first bass or first bass line learned?

OK, we have to go back to 1964, I went to a pawn shop and traded my aqua Silvertone six string for a red "Telestar" P bass copy, in leiu of a Kay "les paul" style bass. I played through a VM tape recorder. The first song I learned was either "A Well Respected Man" by the Kinks or "The Last Time" by the Rolling Stones

I borrowed a tear-shaped electric 4 string bass (some cheapo MIJ crap circa '72 made to look like the guitar Brian Jones played with the Stones) from a classmate in high school. I put on Jethro Tull's Aqualung and seemed to be able to play it instantly. My brother asked me "when did all that happen?". Just did.
