a Jim Deacon Jazz bass haha! Any UK TBers out there know him at all? It was a bloody horrible thing, the G-string was nearly off the fretboard, but for some unknown reason the sound from it is absolutely incredible!

When I come around by Greenday was my first line, took me sodding ages to work it out as my teacher at the time refused to tab it properly and gave me roots instead the bellend!

I can't remember the first line that I learned exactly although I remember that "Play that Funky Music" was the first full song I learned with a teacher, and "I Hope You're Happy Now" by Elvis Costello was the first one I learned on my own.
