Zoom b3 patch Ideas

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has posted PATCH ideas on hear. I received my B3 on Friday afternoon. Didn't hardly sleep pat night, and as for today, my fingers are cramping up like heck. I haven't stopped playing with this thing for the past 2 days. Been scrolling through and writing down and categorizing all these different patches. So, just wanted to say thanks to those who have put stuff out there, and to those contemplating getting this amazing machine........... just get it. This thing is a masterpiece of work, with realistic sounds and easy to use features.

Anytime, dude. I know there's a lot of patch ideas on here, but don't pace yourself. give yourself some time to look through the patch ideas and see which patch idea suits you well. these patches are very helpful for those who own a zoom b3 and needed some nifty patch ideas for the music that they play. and yes, the zoom b3 is indeed a real masterpiece. it's definitely one of the the most useful and unique bass multi-effects processors in the market. with a huge variety of effects, amp and cab models, the possibilities are endless. I recommend this multi-effects processor to anyone looking for a good bass multi-effects processor.

Here's another patch idea I came up with. this patch has a compressed distortion sound with a punch-like attack.

Hard rock distortion

Section 1: d comp: sense: 3, tone: 4, level: 90, attack: fast

Section 2: overdrive: gain: 10, tone: 50, level: 100, balance: 18

Section 3: d15: gain: 70, tone: 4, level: 100, hi cut: on

Note: this patch idea is my attempt to duplicate a distorted electro-harmonic bass metaphor compressor pedal(since the bass metaphor has a built-in distortion effect). here's the youtube clip that inspired me to create this patch.

Section 2: any effect you want

Section 3: super b: bass: 5, mid: 7, treble: 3, gain: 50, presence: 2, cab: swr4x10, mix: 50

Note: you can use the swr4x10 for a warm distortion sound. or you can use the gk4x10 for a melodic death metal sound. you can also add an additional effect on section 2 like a modulation effect or an auto-wah effect.

Hi OzzyGreg. My B3 should be arriving tomorrow. Looking forward to it. I was looking at your page of downloads and saw that there is one for Muse- Uprising. Do you have the setting available for it. Would love to try this. The band that I am in will be covering this song. Thanks, Joe

Just download the patch and load it on to your B3. That's what those downloads are for. You just download the patch, remove the xml extension(if it's there) and load it through the edit and share software with your B3 connected via usb. It's just drag and drop onto the slot that you want the patch in. It seems a little confusing at first but it's really simple.

Hey guys, my experimental metal band have been thinking of adding in some dubstep as our drummer loves playing to it and I think it would be cool and weird to play, anyway can someone help me with getting a sound like this Video.

The signal chain is ring mod -> Moog low pass -> tremolo.

Thanks for any help with the patch.

P.S I have a expression pedal with my B3
