Zoom Owners' Club!

B3 best deal, awesome amp mods and effects in such a compact format, makes life easy too! Love my B3 ;)

+1 on the zoom b3.

I plan to buy a zoom b3 myself. I'm really intrigue on what the zoom b3 has to offer. I will be purchasing one this weekend.

Have just ordered an old BFX708 from eBay for £20. Way back when, I had one as my first foray in to effects use. Very cheap, plastic and many terrible presets, but remembering how much fun the silly ring modulator was and, unless my memory is playing tricks on me, a fairly useful fuzz or two makes me think the price will be worth it... Will pair it to a router pedal so I can bypass it when not in use.

I'm not expecting much, just thought it would be a giggle to have one again!

Another B21U owner here. Can't say I'm a good example 'cos I bought it on a whim and haven't used it much on stage...but I like it!

Another B2 1U owner and, I have used it more as a tuner and a volume pedal than anything else... :( I didn't take the time to explore all the possibilities, and I really wanted a compressor for my 6 string TRB, and some effects to sound a little like Marcus Miller, but never took the time. I think that I'll look into selling it before it's worth nothing espcially with the new B3 out now!!! Maybe someone would be still interested in buying mine!!!!

I've just got my zoom b3 yesterday and it is totally awesome. the effects, amp and cab models sounded really cool. I'm glad I've bought it. it's a real keeper. right now, I'm taking some time to create my personal patches that I would use for my bands. I will record some sound samples of the zoom b3 and I will post them on my soundclick website.

Okay...here's the link to my soundclick website.

I haven't recorded any sound samples of the zoom b3 yet...

I will record sound samples of the zoom b3 eventually.

Hahahaha damn! I didn't take the time to read your post and I heard lots of effects thinking how great the B3 was. Then I did notice the pedal picture in each clip and noticed I wasn't hearing what I thought it was.

My bad

:hiding:

Great tune by the way! Please do post some of the B3 effects soon :smug:

Don't feel too bad...I sometimes misread posts myself. I have recorded sound samples of the zoom b3 and I have posted them on my soundclick website. here's the link.

Meaty! :)

Thanks for the compliment, champbassist. I think it sounded meaty too. even though I was going for a smooth and heavy sound when I created my patch on my zoom b3. glad you enjoyed the tune. in case you were wondering, that's me singing the song. I'm lead singer and bass player of my band. my friends say that I sounded like wednsday 13 when I sing. even though one of my vocal influences is lemmy kilmister from motorhead, they do tell me that. anywho, here's the link to my band's soundclick website.

I don't hear any Lemmy but it does sound like an interesting mix of old Celtic Frost and Chester from Linkin Park with an old school rap sort of flow going on. I like the heavy chugging guitars and the lyrics lol but I don't hear any bass in the mix. :-/
