So if I may ask, did you play the prototype and if so how did it compare to your Canadian made Super PJ?

I couldn’t have sad it better, I have a Super PJ on order through him currently and the build is about to start any time now. He is quick responding to mails and thorough in his answers. Made me feel very comfortable ordering a bass through him.

Top one is mine I believe, behaves great in different lighting settings.

I have an AB1 with an alder body and maple neck, quite a common combination I should say. How would that compare to the other combinations mentioned? Plus a wenge fretboard by the way.

So glad to see and hear this, I have an AB1 5 string for about a year and a half now and since buying it, it is practically the only bass I’ve played since then. It really fits so many more genres then the one that gets featured way too much. Well done sir.
