Yeah...i use alot of the picking methods... but i just recently have tried to bring my ring finger in learning cliff burtons bass solo in orion... that requiers the ring..... other then that... ive never really found need of it....

Ive been taught to use the three finger method for the left hand as long as ive been playing but ive noticed its hard to play alot of faster string skipping music with that technique.. i was thinking of tring four fingers but is it worth it? does it help that much it feels so uncomfortable..

I play F C G C write with that.... i like the sound... thinking of a 5 string with that.... add a low G

I got a set of ernie ball power slinky strings (Gauge: 110, 90. 75, 55) this saturday.... after playing for a while.... they are ALOT less floppy in drop c then my Blue Steele strings (Gauge: 100, 80, 65, 45)... but... i cant stand the bright tone they have.... id like a much deeper and warm...

not at all over-rated.... i think people know there are better players now... but cliff was great for his time, knew how to write good metal, and kicked ass live..... not over rated at all...

yeah... the lowest i found for pantera was D...... Ill try lil nino and god forbid.... and acylone and blues walker... i play in alot of different tunings, even as low as drop B for slipknot...... the strings are honestly not floppy if you know how to handle them... but i also play standerd...

does it do well in drop tuning? i love the hardware and iron pewter color.... and bassistgook.. i like the idea of the tone like that but i cant get past that body style on the ATK:hmm:
