    Flats

    When installing flats, do I need to cut the string length similar to when installing rounds? Do I also need to adjust the intonation, I will be using the same string gauges as the rounds. Thanks in advance

    4003/4004 - Ric

    Gibson Grabber II

    Looks like Gibson is making a limited run of these, looks pretty neat. I started with a old beat up EB scort scale back in the early 80's but never did play a grabber. I have read some threads that loved these instruments, I guess one could say "Grab a Grabber" kewl.....

    Still learning

    Help if possible. I use a chorus pedal sometime and run my bass through it and then through my amp. I have a new amp which has effect loop jacks (send and receive). This may sound goofy, but can I use this pedal with these jacks or do I continue to hook up as I have done in the past? Tks

    Watts ?

    Greetings, lets say I have a amp that has the following power rating: 175 watts/8 Ohms, 300 watts/4 Ohms. If I was to opt for a 4 OHM single cab to max out power would it be better to go with a 250 Watt, 300 Watt or 400 Watt cab? Tks

    Fret Buzz

    Greetings, I have a four string electric bass (very new - 6 mths) I seem to get frett buzz at the 12th fret on my A string. No Buzz on the 11th or 13th fret just the 12th. Has anyone had this issue before and if so, what was your solution? Tks

    Total Output

    Please respond if you can. I have an amp that will put out 175 watts @ 8 ohms and 300 total @ 4 ohms with the extension cab. Can I max the AMP out by using a single 4 ohm 300 (min) Watt Cab as opposed to using two 8 ohm cabs? Thanks in advance
