Took me about 20 minutes on the phone. Since they sent me a classic case to replace the smashed one I originally got, they would only give me $46 in credit because they gave me $150 credit toward the case. I'm cool with that. Much better case. They go for $300.

I asked for a quote on the price of the case and they go for $299, so that's a very good deal.

I had a damaged case and was shipped a replacement vintage case. Mine was shipped solely in the Rickenbacker packing box, but fortunately it arrived unscathed. It's a great case btw, much better than the original.
