Well, if you have a looper playing and the Tuner is at the end of the chain, it will cut the sound of the looper or any delay/reverb trails. And if you click on and off really fast it will stutter like a Square Wave Tremolo.

With practice, you can get used to the latency. Though, I don't recommend it for bassists - it just doesn't sound that good in the lower registers (btw, I do have one)
