Just don't sell haha! Or sell high enough that flippers won't want it.
This is my strategy. I used to be of the mindset of just don't sell. Now I'm of the mindset of sell it for market and donate the excess money to a good cause. This way, it won't get bought and flipped...instead, the middleman will be charity (and a tax write-off). I figure if you can't beat em, join em and put the difference towards something good...hence my more recent classified postings in case folks were confused. You are not allowed to explain that in your actual sale post...so I guess these things just come across as confusing. If I ever decide to sell any 3Leaf, that's what I'm doing...I'd be so pissed if I sold something here and saw it listed in a week at a markup.
I mean, hook up your friends with solid prices too...but if you aren't sure if your friend is gonna flip it, I feel like donating the flipper tax is the move.
