3Leaf Audio Club - Episode 2

IMG_20220925_124740_707.jpg

Recently moved, haven't played in a few weeks, finally couldn't stand it & had to bust out the holy trinity.

Beautiful setup! I go similar with the Ocabvre MKIII>You’re DOOM>Proton V4. Polytope on the way but been using and plan to keep a JAM Ripply Fall bass, I’m sure the IE is capable of not weird extremes which will be fun

what different uses do you have with the Subterrania and Octabvre? Love everything I’ve played from IE, but haven’t explored their Dub and Sub stuff yet.

Ive wanted to try the ripply falls but yeah, the way I have the poly set up is a just a simple lush chorus.

I like the 3 leaf trinity but honestly the ie combo of subterranea, oxide, & xd is just nasty & hard to beat imo.

Any grease juicer users? Im planing to buy one (if I find it)
Bob just announced v2. I love mine. My favorite funk by a mile. Not sure I’d trade up for a new version but maybe? These were unavailable for a little while but now he’s got them.
I’m a big fan. He also makes one of my favorite fuzz pedals, it’s branded for Bray amps.

Just saw the v2 announcement.

Looks sharp with the new white finish.

Sorry to ask but what’s the issue with this brand? I thought of getting and Octavbre and to my surprise they seem to be unobtainium these days. No parts? No time to build? No interest?
The last drop sold out in about six minutes so the interest is definitely there. Rightly so too as the pedals are excellent.

I don’t know what the background to any delays in making pedals are but there is a similar level of output from 3Leaf as from other top boutique manufacturers. Parts are scarce and COVID hit a lot of them hard (financially and otherwise). I’m trying to be patient because, to me, the output is worth the wait.

Hopefully we’ll be lucky enough to have another drop soon and hopefully the backlog in the system will begin to even itself out over the next year or so.

If you can hold out for an Octabvre, or snag one in the classifieds, I recommend you give it a go.
