Nice B25B, it's in great condition!

I'm curious though, I've seen those "jumpers" (for lack of a better term) that look like they're going between channel 1 and 2 inputs? I don't quite get what the purpose is. When you do that, I assume you plug your bass into one of the other inputs as well?

I can't do it on my V4B since it doesn't have all those inputs, I was just wondering what the purpose is. Call it "for future reference" since I know I'm not done questing with tube amps. lol

I do the same with my B25. Let's you run both channels at once, two different tones. Both channels are voiced different and sound different (to me anyways). I could/probably am wrong though.

Do some searches under "B25b". There are a few tips and tricks to using your b25 on some other past threads. Very cool stuff especially if you like to experiment. Jumping the channels give you some additional tone shaping possibilities. Have fun with it!!

Glad this thread is still going!

My epi vjr head went caput yesterday.
I think I tried too many mods.
One of the tubes arched.
Should be a simple fix, even if its the tranny.
The replacements aren't expensive.
On the off chance anyone wants it as a fixer upper shoot me a pm with an offer.

Hi There,

I'm new on this forum.. Little introduction of myself: Dutch, older youth (45 yrs), bassplayer since over 20 years. I play blues(rock), soul, Rootsrock and fingerstyle funk like the Meters etc. Still learning a lot! Besides playing bass, I love riding my '73 Harley shovelhead!

I own a '76 Fender bassman 100 with a later 215 cab which I refurbished.. Cool sound and loud enough for my purposes! :bassist: My basses are: Sandberg classic P and Ibanez artcore AFB-200BS.

I have a question though for fellow Bassman 100 owners: I'm looking for a good copy of the original owners manual. Anyone who can help me with this?
