Oh dang, do I have that backwards? Let me go check.
Yep, had it backwards. DOH! Well I remember when I'm using it so that's the important thing

Those of you who pre-ordered through Amazon and have received the unit or notification of shipping, when did you order yours? I ordered mine Feb 6th.
I'm really diggin my SCR-DI's Aux-in & headphone input for practicing at home. I hook my laptop into the SCR-DI and after tweaking some eq settings in Media Player the mp3's come through sounding really nice. The SCR-DI sounds great through my head phones as well. The sound quality of the Aux-in and headphone input of this thing is much better than the one in my PF500 and my KORG Pandora. I my opinion this feature alone makes it worth the price of admission.
Yeah, that piece of tape looked kinda wonky/resealed on mine too. I'm wondering if the manual situation is maybe just temporary as they are rushing to get units out into the marketplace.
I got mine today (also an open box demo unit). I don't have much to add except that I think it is a great little gadget and I am happy with purchase!
Same here. They are really not needed with this unit.I don't know about the manual situation, but it's not like you need oneIt's pretty self-explanatory. But it's online, so maybe they're experimenting with not including it to save paper. A-Designs does that, too. Personally, anything that saves a tree is OK by me.

Can anyone recommend a good pair of over the ear headphones for under $100. Mine recently broke and I want to get a solid pair that won't start vibrating while playing my bass through them in a couple weeks.
Sony 7506! Industry standard, for a good reason.
That's what I'm using (with aftermarket Beyerdynamic pads) and I LOVE those headphones.
