Does anyone make aluminum necks that are longer than Fender-spec? I realize F is the standard, but that F neck heel is anathema to me.

Longer as in 34” scale but a much longer tenon, so that the neck bolts are right around the 22nd fret or so.
Just received my new baguley neck after waiting entirely too long for it. Feels much different from the egc bolt on necks I used to have. This is much thinner front to back (0.70 at the first fret, 0.75 at the twelth). I wasn't sure I'd like the super thin profile, but it feels awesome. It also has very thin vintage style frets. This neck also feels quite a bit heavier than the egc's. Overall I'm pretty happy with it.

now I’m finished modding this bass I can see another neck inbound next year

How long did you wait for the baguley neck? I ordered mine last day in march for a 30 scale guitar neck. Was told in september I was on a higher priority but havent seen any emails since.
I ordered mine the first week of October 2022, with a quoted 3 month lead time. I contacted them around January and they said they were still waiting on a shipment of aluminum, I checked in periodically with no progress to be reported. Some time in July they said they were going to start making it, and again, no reported updates. I contacted them again in October and basically asked for a refund because it had been a year with zero updates and poor communication. At that point they said "it will be done in a week". Fast forward 2 months and I finally have it haha. Some about 14 months total.
I was a bit disappointed when I finally received it, you can tell they definitely rushed it. The polished finish is very blotchy on the back and headstock, and the nut was cut too low so all the strings would buzz while ringing open. I had to shim the nut to make it playable. Overall I'm happy to have it, but I would not order another one based on this experience.

That sucks, I was fortunate enough to get mine pretty quickly, but that's partially because they had a neck with the specs of my order come in stock, only difference was it was brushed instead of polished. Did you contact them about the finish issues?
No, I probably should have, but after all that I just did not want to deal with them any further.
I get that, if nothing else I'd just give them the chance to make it right (if it were me). They were helpful when I had any questions or concerns, I communicated with Till mostly, but also Dirk on Instagram.
Got my first aluminum neck bass recently. An amazing build from Decibel Sound Implements.
This bass is such a hammer but god dang it's an anchor. I guess to get the brutal heft you need actual heft eh?
Specs as follows:
- 2 piece Mahogany body
- Aluminati brushed aluminum neck with carbon fiber fretboard
- Hipshot ultra light tuners,
- Leo Quan Badass III string through body bridge,
- Dunlop strap lock system
- Nordstrand big single pickups
- VVT controls with CTS pots, tone pro dual contact jack
- Hardshell case
