It doesn't have a ton of features (no Aux returns, aux sends are mono, which may or may not be a big deal), but for doing your basic gigs it's totally up to par. Preamps sound good, does have some decent effects built in, too, even a compressor on each track. When I do my live performance I plan on using it. I mostly bought it for the recording aspect, because I don't really do much live sound. For this price point, it's totally worth it.@lordradish How is that Tascam just in terms of being a pure mixer, irrespective of its recording capabilities?
