Something like the akai controllers have.
Its a program where you can assign any midi note to any knob/fader etc.
You can easily build multiple presets.
For example prog 1 Ableton....prog 2 Zoia....prog 3 Sythn....etc...
Way faster than scrolling a tiny screen .

the light rings are super useful, it’s dead easy to program and then class compliant. And no screen or touch screen. Turns software into hardware.

Wow, I’m genuinely impressed.
Midi controllers that finally make sense (Yes I’m that slow...) and have tons of features.
(Looks over at crappy yet still useful Akai mini keyboard.......Akai , name another company that took such a huge dive product wise?? Haven’t tried the most recent MPC though.....)

Those poor walls. Doesn't take much for them to get beaten up.

I think the feature you are referring to is called MIDI Learn or something. I uses to use some IK Multimedia software that did that. You click the function on the screen in learn mode or something and twiddle a knob and presto, that knob is now tied to the function. Really powerful feature that lets you customize your param mappings on a controller.

I’m quite calm, but some things drive me up the &%^$# wall. Editing crap on a tiny screem with a rotary dial is one of them. Especially naming a file for a folder.......scroll all letters.....then #.....then capital letters.....oups....too far, cant go back.....^&%^%^&$$.

But I punch those walls figuratively.

Both sides have one dry and one wet signal, blended to about 60/40....ishh....

So 4 tracks total.

But one at a time.

It didn’t sound like a delay but it was regularly peaking, so I assumed it was some LFO modulated sound.
