you really do have a voice with this stuff.

re the waldorf iridium.

it is really cool. kind of brilliant really. very deep. easy interface (i haven’t gotten into some of the more intense stuff yet). i trust that the main developer will make it even better on further firmware. adding mpe is a plus.

caveat is that it does have some physical build/design issues, so i’d want to make sure you have a korg repair place in your burg.

One more pedal that works at line level: Eventide H9. Also has dirt. I am on the dirt side of this thread. I love distortion. Obviously not for all things but I love the sound of distorted bass, and I play lot of music where it works.

Yeah. It seemed more a proof of concept than an actual performance. I’m sure there’s more to it.

I was of the belief that in general, modulation and delay/reverb type pedals tend to work fine at line level, but dirt pedals are more sensitive to input levels and tend to be made for instrument level.
