pre-Covid, I was at a pedal show in Montréal. I walked up to the Montréal Assembly table and asked the guy to demo the Zellerasn. It took him awhile because he couldn’t remember how all the functions interacted.

He made the pedal.

Already tried, definitly cool. :)
Chose those 3 pedals today and tried every possible order . Each combo was cool, none “sucked”.
I think I was getting the best stuff feeding the “weirdo” stuff into the CT5 looper, then mangling. For example getting a really grainy lo-fi bass sound into the CT5 was awesome, almost like degraded tape bass in a tape looper.

The Geiger Counter has way to many sounds in that box, you have to pick one and work with it or else you’ll still be 12 hours later tweaking sounds.

More lab work to be done thats for sure.

Thankfully, even with all my oddball odysseys this past year, I'm glad I still did some actual 'bass' playing, too. I think my chops maybe rusty in the first part of whatever my first jam is, but it comes back to me pretty quickly. But I hears ya.

Got the fretless out and the Misfits catalog. Gotta slow it down, but that’s what I’m doing. Quarter notes.

And ^^^that would be why I'm always raving about how having a "flip-flop" pedal, or some way of shuffling the order of effects in a pedalboard on the fly, is such a game-changer.

on a related note: I think my VFE Klein Bottle may be in need of service, was producing loud popping noises every time I stepped on any of the footswitches. I brought it home from our rehearsal studio to troubleshoot, because it's practically impossible to do that there with all our "mood lighting" (...aka none). I've been considering dumping the Klein Bottle and just replacing it with a cheap analog mixer, but it's tough to find a small one with enough Aux Sends. Might just have to rethink how I use the Klein Bottle...maybe leave all three loops engaged at all times and just bring things in and out via the Mix controls. Ugh. I have a headache thinking about it. I HATE WHEN SCHIDT BREAKS!!! ___punches wall___
